Register, Attendance and Absence:

  2. If a student is absent from class for four or more consecutive weeks, a refund of 90% of the fees paid for those classes not attended will be given only on the evidence of a medical certificate. This must be provided within one month of the absence, otherwise no refund will be given. Additionally, refunds can only be given from the date on the medical certificate.

  3. If a class is cancelled due to the sickness of the teacher, a health epidemic, pandemic, infectious disease or any other unforeseen event, then we will try to reschedule the class if they cannot be moved to Zoom. This may be on a different day and time from when originally scheduled and might involve an extension to the term time dates. No refunds will be given in this case.

  4. Where a student misses a class, it is not possible for a different class to be attended as a ‘make up’ class. Students may only attend classes for which they are enrolled.

  5. Where a student watches a class rather than participates, this still counts as attendance. No refunds may be given for classes where a student merely watches.

For the avoidance of doubt, where a withdrawal request for the forthcoming term is given after the given deadline, the withdrawal will not take effect until the following term.
